Role of the Government and the BRPS in this project

The applications of AGBs wishing to join SAP.brussels are assessed by a committee with representatives from the Debaets and Vanhengel offices, of Brussels Finances and Budget, of IT Coordination (BRPS) and of the SAP Team (BRIC). This committee may make a selection of the applications - in the case that more AGBs apply than can be annually included in the platform - and analyses the additional needs of the acceding AGBs.

A project leader at IT Coordination and a business project leader at Brussels Finances and Budget guide the integration of the AGBs in the platform, as well as the implementation of future new modules.

The SAP Team, based at the BRPS, offers daily support to the AGBs and ensures any necessary adjustments.
