The Coordination Unit

This unit assists the administrative units in the BFB in the areas of human resources management, judicial support, communication and various projects, including IT. 

It coordinates and follows up the global BFB management action plan (orientation notes/letters) aimed at creating a common vision for the board and to improve the relationship between all parties concerned, including the partners. 

It is responsible for managing the flow of information between the administrative units and the harmonisation of good practice.
